How a Handover Inspection works
A BuildingPro Handover (Pre-Settlement) Building Inspection is a service whereby our experienced building professional will thoroughly inspect the property and provide you with an objective detailed report to ensure the building is to an acceptable standard at Settlement.

The report will be emailed to you within 24 hours of the inspection and will include digital photos and a detailed description of the type and location of any defects identified so that they may be rectified by the builder.
You can forward the BuildingPro Handover Report to the builder and formally request that the defects be rectified.
