I highly recommend building pro. My partner and I just purchased our first home and Andrew performed an incredibly thorough building and pest inspection. He took the time to explain everything to us which helped give us peace of mind over the property we purchased.

Thank you, Andrew, from BuildingPro, for taking the time to inspect a property that was located at the Sunshine Coast.

One of the aspects that truly set Andrew apart was his excellent communication skills. He took the time to explain his findings in a clear and understandable manner, patiently addressing all my questions and concerns. This transparent communication was invaluable, providing me with a comprehensive understanding of the property's condition.

The inspection report I received was nothing short of impressive. It was detailed, organised, and included photographs that highlighted key areas of concern.

Andrew's thoroughness and attention to detail is simply outstanding, and I will most definitely engage his services in the future. Thank you, Andrew, you're worth your weight in gold. :)

Andrew was absolutely next level amazing!! We needed a pre-purchase inspection and as first home buyers Andrew gave us peace of mind in his knowledge, professionalism and honesty. He really took care of us and went above and beyond. Andrew was very thorough, knowledgeable, patient and kind. I refuse to use anyone but BuildingPro from now on, especially on our journey of finding our first home. Truly worth every penny!!

Andrew was excellent to deal with in assisting with preparing our building and pest report - professional, exceptionally diligent and very thorough in his reporting. Andrew also answered any questions we had which assisted greatly. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a residential building and pest report.

I found Andrew's building and pest report to be very detailed and in-depth. He was a pleasure to work with and he took the time to stay back and discuss all aspects of the property we were looking to purchase. Andrew, expect a call for our next property.

Andrew provided us with a very thorough and helpful building and pest report. We really appreciated the time he took in explaining the reports contents and the detail he went into in the document. We'd give 6 stars if we could.

A very worthwhile phone call to Andrew from BuildingPro who considerably helped us navigate our way through a complex situation with an ongoing warranty issue with our home. Highly recommend Andrew to any new or existing home owner seeking assistance with how to move the process forward.
