I was last minute for my handover report request, which BuildingPro accommodated. The report was emailed within the same day and the BuildingPro representative worked well with the onsite supervisor. For someone who was having her first time building experience this was very important for me to have a neutral party inspecting the finished house. At handover my builder and I went thru each action to ensure rectification had occurred. Very positive and useful experience.
