Pest Inspection

The Pest Inspection service checks the property for subterranean termites, borers and fungal decay in accordance with AS4349.3.

We report on the location and severity of live pests and damage. We also report on conditions conducive to timber pest attack such as inadequate ant caps and poorly ventilated subfloor areas.
