One of the aspects that truly set Andrew apart was his excellent communication skills.  He took the time to explain his findings in a clear and understandable manner, patiently addressing all my questions and concerns. This transparent communication was invaluable, providing me with a comprehensive understanding of the property's condition.

The inspection report I received was nothing short of impressive. It was detailed, organised, and included photographs that highlighted key areas of concern.

Andrew was absolutely next level amazing!! We needed a pre-purchase inspection and as first home buyers Andrew gave us peace of mind in his knowledge, professionalism and honesty.
