Roof leaks are common, especially on Commercial and Industrial buildings so checking the roof for defects like rust or hail damage is important. Sometimes there is no fixed ladder access and the roof is just too high to safely access with a ladder (or even a scissor lift). Now we have a Drone, not just any Drone either. BuildingPro has invested in the brand new, state of the art DJI Mavic Air 2S Drone that takes ulra high definition 5.4K Video and 20MP pictures.

Safety ADS-B:
DJI Air 2S provides an added layer of airspace safety with the industry-leading AirSense safety system. This receives Automatic Dependent Surveillance-Broadcast (ADS-B) flight location information from airplanes and helicopters in your area that transmit ADS-B signals, displays those aircraft on a map, and provides audio and visual alerts through the DJI Fly app to help you keep the drone out of the way of those aircraft.

Our Drone is Registered with CASA and we have a current are accreditation as Commercial Drone Operators with CASA. Aviation Reference Number (ARN) 1136240
We strictly comply with Drone Safety laws, so we cannot: Fly within 30m of people, fly above busy roads, fly within 5.5kms of an Airport, fly above people, fly higher than 120m.
We must keep the drone in sight at all times and always fly safely.
Drone inspection is included in every Building and Pest inspection when there is no safe ladder access and subject to compliance with suitable weather and Drone safety laws.
