Have you got what it takes? Are you an experienced Building Inspector, Architect or Builder looking for an extra source of business? BuildingPro is looking for inspectors around Australia to join its team to provide Handover Inspections on new builds.
We require inspectors with a high level of professionalism, integrity and customer service skills. Computer literacy is a plus as reports are prepared on handheld Android devices using 3D Inspection Software with inspection templates developed by BuildingPro.
Your role will be to carry out inspections and provide verbal and written reports to both clients and builders. Reports are to be completed on the easy to use, 3D Inspection reporting system.
Applicants will require the following:
- Proven Qualification and Experience in the building industry
- Licensed or registered in your State as required
- Professional Indemnity Insurance and Public Liability Insurance
- Your own ABN
- Your own equipment and tools including vehicle, ladder, mobile, computer with internet connection and Android device etc.
- Professional approach
- Customer Service Skills
This is not a full time or even part time position. You are being contracted to provide a service on a job by job basis. The work can be completed at a time that suits your schedule.
You will be paid for your completed inspection reports at end of month and as set out in the terms and conditions of the Sub-Consultant Agreement.
BuildingPro will handle the bookings and allocation of jobs. You are not obliged to accept a job. Just accept the work when it suits you.
